Traveller: How do I book?

Traveller: How many days in advance should I book the photo session?
Frame A Trip: We suggest you book at least a week in advance, although we will always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings. Our ideal booking time is 2-3 weeks before the supposed photo session date. It is to make sure that both you and the photographer get enough time to prepare everything.
Traveller: How many people can be part of the photo session?
Frame A Trip: The photo shoot is just in 2 hours, a group of 6-7 people would be best. However, if you want to do a solo or couple photo shoot, we also provide those packages.
Traveller: Can I choose and see the photographer’s portfolio?
Frame A Trip: Sure! With Frame A Trip you have the freedom to choose your favorite photographer. You can check their portfolio on your destination page here.
And it excludes:
  • Make-up and wardrobe
  • Transportation expenses (if your chosen photo shoot location is more than 20 km from the chosen city)
  • Entrance fee
  • There will be additional charge for the customer if there is any request related to several points above.
Traveller: What will I get in every booked package?
Frame A Trip: All of our packages include:
  • One professional photographer.
  • 2 hours photo session.
  • 70+ High-quality edited photos (Can be printed up to 60x80 cm).
  • Free access to download your best photos digitally.
  • With your permissions, the photos will be shared on our social media and Blog stories.
  • Delightful and most adventurous photo session ever!
Traveller: What if I want to reschedule?
Frame A Trip: If you want to reschedule, it should be at least 7 days before the photo shoot date since we need to make sure the availability of your selected photographer too.
Traveller: Can I cancel my booking?
Frame A Trip: Yes, we provide several payment methods for your convenieNo problem! You can cancel your booking by notifying your Personal Assistant & please send us via email, phone, or text at least 7 days before your photo session. However, please note several points below:
  • A 90% refund from the package price will be given for cancellation in D-7 (or more) confirmation.
  • A 50% refund from the package price will be given for cancellation in less than D-7 confirmation.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation in D-3 (or less) confirmation.
Traveller: What is your refund procedure?
Frame A Trip: You will get your refund after the cancellation is confirmed, we will finalize your refund in no longer than 5x24 working hours with below alternatives:
  • Through BCA Bank Transfer, or
  • PayPal Transfer. Frame A Trip will not cover PayPal fee (*if any) on this refund process.
Traveller: Do you have any alternative payment method?
Frame A Trip: Yes, we provide several payment methods for your convenience such as PayPal, Bank Transfer, and we also accept Visa or Mastercard.
Traveller: When should I finish my payment?
Frame A Trip: Once you have selected your favorite photographer, you will have 3 days to finalize the payment in order to lock your favorite photographer’s schedule.
Traveller: What happens if we are running late?
Frame A Trip: Call or text your photographer as soon as possible. Keep in mind that your photographer may have another agenda after your photo session. We recommend you to arrive early to avoid traffic and for you to have a peace of mind.
  • If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining time.
Traveller: How many edited photos that I will receive for each session?
Frame A Trip: You will get 70+ edited photos for each session
Traveller: When will I receive the photos?
Frame A Trip: We will send you a link with your personalized private gallery within 5-7 business days after the shoot.
Traveller: Will I receive all the RAW photos from the session?
Frame A Trip: Instead of RAW photos, we will deliver all 70+ edited photos for you. We will collaborate with your photographer to cherry pick your best photos and deliver the best result only for you.
Traveller: Can I choose the photos?
Frame A Trip: As we are giving you all edited photos, you can download all photos and share it through your social media.
Traveller: Will you share my photos online without asking permission first?
Frame A Trip: Nope! We respect your privacy and will never share your photos on our blog or social media if you want to keep them 100% private. Just let us know in advance on our booking summary before the shoot.
